We love Tribal Fusion Belly Dance as a wonderful form of mental and physical fitness, as well as a fabulous way to connect with a beautiful community of humans! BAM is one of Canada's few certified Unmata Hot Pot ITS (Improvisational Tribal Style by Amy Sigil) schools. We teach both this format and Tribal Fusion Bellydance through on-going classes and workshops. Tribal Fusion boom started in California mainly through lineage of Carolena Nericcio, Jill Parker and Rachel Brice. The style has been growing like wild flowers throughout the world with many pioneers contributing to this ever-evolving dance form. Often highly artistic in performance, tribal fusion spans all genres of music and involves the fusion of many other styles of dance and prop use. Often highly artistic, many tribal fusion dancers also incorporate other dance forms and practice other movement arts such as hatha yoga, fire spinning, flow arts, circus, burlesque, ballet, global folk dance, and martial arts.
