Chakra Journey is a practice that focuses on movement which connects emotional and expressive layers with the physical counterparts. This practice is for dancers or anyone who wants to express themselves through movement, from emotional layers.
This program includes philosophy and movement elements. An original creation by Tanya Lee, this is a systematic practice to connect body and emotion.
In this practice, we study and apply the seven main chakras, which are referred to as centers or wheels in our bodies from which energy flows through. The chakra system originated in India between 1500 and 500 BC in the oldest text called the Vedas, and have since been applied in various forms of yoga, tantra and psychosomatic studies.
