Dance Fusion Fitness

Dance is one of the oldest forms of fitness.  It exercises the whole body from head to toe, and occupies the mind with feelings of joy, self-expression and community connection. BAM's original method of dance fusion fitness is available for anyone who wants to feel freedom in body and soul!  

What does a class look like?  No dance experience required!  We start with a full body warm-up and then move into slow and sensual meditative moves.  The apex of the class includes a spirit-lifting, energizing segment and then finishes with a cool-down meditation.  

It's about connecting intuitively with the movement, in your own right - and for how you are feeling that day.  Think of the concept of yoga applied to dance! This practice is designed to be accessible for non-dancers.  No rhythm required ;-)

3-HOUR SEMI-PRIVATE BOOTCAMP WORKSHOPS

Wed Sept 26th 6-9pm
Slow & Slinky Combinations

In this 3 hour journey, we will learn a series of slow & slinky tribal fusion belly dance combinations and then thread them together to create a choreography!  All levels of experience welcome. Semi-private environment allows for 1-on-1 attention in the learning process. 

Thurs Sept 27th 6-9pm
Fast & Funky Combinations

In this 3 hour journey, we will learn a series of fast & funky tribal fusion belly dance combinations and then thread them together to create a choreography!  All levels of experience welcome. Semi-private environment allows for 1-on-1 attention in the learning process.
 

HOW TO REGISTER: Please note that semi-private workshops are limited to 5 students.  To reserve your spot, please send $75 for each bootcamp through etransfer or paypal to info@bodyartmotion.com with password: bodyartmotion.  Please list in the comments section which class you are registering for.

Beginner Fusion Movement

Beginners mind approach, exploring the fundamentals of movement with a unique system designed by Tanya Lee. Unspecific to any style, there are biomechanical inspirations from tribal style bellydance, martial arts, yoga, pilates, and the underground dance floors ;-)
