Tanya Lee

the founder and director of BAM, Tanya Lee designs the root structure of all our courses and classes.  A former bodybuilder, she was also among the pioneers to bring yoga and pilates to Alberta.  She has taught over 10,000 classes, and has coached thousands of people through personal transformation. Tanya is a published author, Critical Alignment Therapist, holds the highest level of certification from the International Yoga Alliance, and is one of only a few Canadians certified as a Hot Pot improvisational tribal style bellydance instructor.  Read Tanya's full bio here.

Shauna Jayne

Shauna heads up our style transformation programs and performance costuming. Following in the footsteps of her father, Shauna is a second generation stylist with a burning passion to encourage positive self-expression through personal style. She has studied and worked extensively as a professional artist and teacher in both make-up, hair and wardrobe.  Her range of experience spans from professional magazines to theatre arts, to consulting the executive image.

Amy MacLeod

Amy was one of the first yoga/pilates teachers at the original BodyArt Studio in Lethbridge AB. Since then, Amy has graduated with a Biology degree, worked for Alberta Environment, given birth to two beautiful girls, established her own company, Twisted Sisters Skin Nutrition, and is currently working on her Masters degree. We couldn't be more pleased to be partnering with Amy for our "Goddess Day" retreats focused around self-care and environmental awareness.

Ray Hawkins

Ray is the creator and facilitator for our Primal Design Functional Movement Educational Immersion, and a contributor to our annual Yoga Teacher Training Course.  A yoga therapist, herbalist and lifestyle consultant for men - Ray continues to devote himself to studies in ancient yoga philosophy and herbal medicine as modern applications for therapeutic and personal growth tools.
