“Eye-Conic” - Stage Makeup workshop for Divas, Dancers and Drag Queens

Join Shauna Jayne, head of the styling department at Body Art Motion, and director of make-up and costuming for BAM Bellydance and Ethoterra performance groups. In this workshop, she will share her secrets and provide you with the basic tools that you need to bring your eyes to life for the stage!

Designing a makeup look for the stage is a fine art. Learn to add drama to your eyes for performances, and how to modify for different venues and lighting. While this workshop is geared to performers, useful everyday makeup theory will also be covered.

MORE ABOUT SHAUNA JAYNE
Following in the footsteps of her father, she is a second generation stylist with a burning passion to encourage positive self-expression through personal style. She has studied and worked extensively as a professional artist, and teacher in makeup, hair and wardrobe. She has been featured on Breakfast Television, Global News, Avenue Magazine, Paper Magazine (International), and American Salon Magazine. Shauna has been actively involved in Makeup and Theatre for 20 years. She holds a Drama Degree in Technical Theatre, opened the Atomic Beauty Bar in Inglewood, spent 2 years as the NARS cosmetics Account Executive and Regional Trainer, and another 2 years as the full-time Makeup & Hair Instructor for Artists Within Makeup Academy.
